Commissions needs to be paid upfront once your order is accepted.

Completion time is decided in the course of negotiation. If you have a deadline, please inform me in advance. If the deadline is too urgent, the price may change.

I will send you the full HD picture via email or google drive.

Feedbacks in the process of working will be heard and noted. Please don't hesitate to boldly comment and point out mistakes to help me complete the final product even better. I highly recommend you give as much feedbacks as possible in just one time before I begin to fix for convenience.

After the working process is done and you want to change or fix something, I may or may not ask you for a fee, depending on how complex the fixing is.

While working on your commission, I will always send you WIPs for you to check. You are very welcome to contact me and ask to see WIPs from time to time as well.

Each type of commission takes a different time to be done.

I don't accept: Mecha, Furry, Realistic, Realism/Realistic Animalsl, Gore, Body Horror, anything I find questionable in morality or ethically wrong. N$FW is okay though may be charged extra!

During the initial sketch phase, you may request up to two major revisions max. (ex. different poses, etc.)

Only minor changes are allowed once the first sketch has been approved. (ex. forgot a bow, color is wrong, etc.)

I always share my process on my Supporter Discord, but I can delay posting on social media if the order is a birthday/anniversary gift.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to have read all of these terms and conditions.

I reserve the right to halt any commission at any time, and for any reason such as poor communication, inappropriate/aggressive behavior, and becoming uncomfortable.

"I don't like it", "I'm not connecting with it" are not reasons for a refund as we cannot refund the time spent working on a commission.

Unless I’m unable to work on your order due to my health and/or other personal reasons, I do not offer refunds.

Please make sure all your references are copyright safe and/or provide your proof of author's authorization, otherwise I can refuse the order. It is not the contractor's responsibility to find out whether something is within the client's rights, as the client themself has to know prior to applying.

The artist retains all rights to the artwork that I, myself, have created. Please do not deface or using the art for malicious intent.

Copyright of the commission belongs to the artist. I will post the product and sometime WIP on my personal page. I can use the commission for my personal promo or portfolio. Please include Myuwa's name and give credit when you post/use the commission.

Please do not use the commission for NFT, AI.

Please note that my general terms will still apply for commercial commission orders too.

By default, commission is used for non-commercial purposes.

If you have commercial purposes (Promo art, sales, branding...etc), please discuss with me first to determine the price and prepare a contract (if necessary).

Commercial commission price will be from 150% of the base price or more.

If you are a Vtuber just starting a business, then I will not charge commercial prices for promotional and branding products.

Additional fees will be added depending on the complexity and nature of the artwork and/or project.

Prices on my Carrd are non-commercial use. (i.e. profile photo, twitch banner, personal keychain, gifts, etc.)
